We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very close to the city center, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and the modern design was lovely. The shower room was great, and there was plenty of space in the apartment for two people. We also appreciated the wardrobe space available. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with all the utilities we needed in the kitchen, including washing up liquid and washing machine tablets. The staff, especially Louise, were pleasant and helpful. this hotel would be perfect for groups, business travelers, or even well-off students looking for luxury accommodation.

The location of these apartments is perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling city centre. With off-street parking available, it's convenient for those with a car. the communal kitchen facilities are a bonus, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.

It seems that there were some issues with cleanliness in the rooms. From dust in the wardrobe to lipstick stains on cups and glasses, the cleaning could definitely be improved.

During our stay at Zinn Apartments - City Centre, I was impressed by the modern and well-designed layout of the apartment. The spacious one-bedroom flat had ample wardrobe space and a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the open plan living area and the counter seating in the kitchen. It was also convenient to have two flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The apartment was well-insulated and had good lighting, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the lack of a hook for clothing and towels and the absence of soap for handwashing, they did not significantly impact our overall experience. The communication was initially slow, causing some uncertainty, but the staff eventually managed to resolve the issues promptly.
